EMW in Mons, Belgium is seeking a Senior ESOC Engineer to manage daily network operations, incident handling, and capacity planning. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize routing and switching while coordinating changes and problem management.

You will work with CA Spectrum and Splunk dashboards, lead incident response, and document standards. Applicants must hold NATO SECRET clearance, CCNP or equivalent, and 7+ years of enterprise networking experience.

Formación

• Active NATO SECRET clearance required.
• CCNP certification or equivalent.
• 7+ years in enterprise network engineering and operations.
• Strong routing and switching expertise (BGP, OSPF, STP).
• Experience with Splunk for monitoring and dashboards.
• Experience with incident management and major outage resolution.

Responsabilidades

• ESOC Engineer, Enterprise Service Operations Centre Level 2 network support.
• Manage daily network operations, ticketing, incidents, work orders, changes and problem management.
• Network optimization, capacity planning, upgrades, and lifecycle activities across enterprise environments.
• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, and STP.
• Monitor network health using CA Spectrum and Splunk; create dashboards, alerts, and operational reports.
• Analyze logs and telemetry data to identify risks, incidents, and performance issues.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation of configuration management, backups, and change validation.
• Lead incident response for critical outages and restore services within SLA targets.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex network issues and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and procedures for the network environment.
• Some work outside normal office hours may be required.
