Spektrum Management Group supports NATO agencies and secure communications projects in Brussels. The role focuses on 2nd line support for Voice, Video and VTC IP services and contributes to project design, testing and deployment within a secure facility environment.
Required experience includes Secure V3oIP, WAN networking and SIP trunking, along with strong documentation skills. On-site work with potential travel to NATO sites is involved.
Qualifications
- Higher secondary education with 3+ years related experience in secure services.
- At least 1 year experience maintaining Secure V3oIP.
- At least 1 year experience troubleshooting technical issues under time pressure.
- Experience in WAN communications, routers and routing protocols, including SIP trunking.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation (diagrams, guides, training).
Responsabilités
- Provide 2nd level support for complex Voice, Video and VTC IP services.
- Support design, documentation, testing and implementation of projects, including service transitions.
- Handle problem management, recovery, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CIS services.
- Contribute to security risk analyses and reports; may travel regionally and beyond NATO.
