NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking an IT Support professional (LV1/LV2) to join our European Institution project in Brussels. The role covers dedicated service desk and incident analysis, with responsibilities for remote and on-site support and VIP user liaison.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional IT support experience.
• Fluency in English and French, written and spoken.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification is advantageous.
• Hands-on in Windows environments, AD and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Handle first- and second-line IT support requests for end-users.
• Act as single point of contact for VIP users and ensure swift incident resolution.
• Record incident details meticulously and follow up on tickets.
• Provide remote and on-site support and assist with PC reconfiguration and setup.
