Abbott Belgium seeks an experienced Product Manager EMEA to drive portfolio growth, commercialization, and customer engagement across the region from Diegem. The role partners with Global, Regional, and cross-functional teams to shape marketing strategies and support product launches.

This position requires leadership in launching products, leveraging market insights, and collaborating with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Approximately 7+ years of commercial, sales, and marketing experience, including at least 5 years in Product Management or Marketing roles.
• Experience managing products or portfolios across multiple countries or regions.
• Experience in the medical device, vascular, cardiovascular, or pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in product launches, lifecycle management, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies and tactical plans for the EMEA region.
• Lead regional commercialization and product launch activities with launch planning and market readiness.
• Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain to execute key business initiatives.
• Engage with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to identify unmet market needs.
• Drive omnichannel marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns through data and insights.
• Support annual planning, develop sales forecasts, and manage marketing investments.
