Job summary

ALTIA is seeking a UX Analyst to lead qualitative and quantitative UX research across international and multilingual enterprise environments.

You will design user personas, journeys and interactive prototypes, applying tools like Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD, and collaborating with business stakeholders to drive impactful UX improvements.

Qualifications

• Qualitative and quantitative UX research, interviews, surveys, usability testing, heuristic evaluations and A/B testing.
• Design of personas, customer journeys, task flows, information architecture, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• UX/UI design tools: Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD; Front-end technologies: HTML and CSS.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum university degree equivalent to EQF Level 6 (bachelor’s degree or at least three years of higher education).

• At least 7 years of professional IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in UX optimisation.
• Experience in complex, international, multicultural and multilingual enterprise environments.
• Mandatory UX certification: CUA, CXA, NN/g UX Certification, CPUX, Google UX Design Professional Certificate, Akendi UX Certification or equivalent. [2]

Required knowledge and competencies

• Qualitative and quantitative UX research, interviews, surveys, usability testing, heuristic evaluations and A/B testing.
• Design of personas, customer journeys, task flows, information architecture, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• UX/UI design tools: Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Front-end technologies: HTML and CSS.
• E-learning platforms and content: Moodle administration, H5P, Articulate Rise 360, SCORM, SSO, user and role management, and plugins.
• Accessibility: WCAG 2.1 and EN 301 549; screen-reader checks, alternative text and cognitive adaptations.
• UX analytics: Moodle Analytics, Power BI and Europa Analytics.
• Responsible use of generative AI, LLMs and agentic workflows for content simplification, accessibility, multilingual delivery and conversational assistants for Moodle.
• Management and prioritisation of issues and improvements through Jira/Confluence; ability to communicate UX recommendations and dashboards to business stakeholders and senior management.
