Job summary

NTT DATA, a European Institution client in Brussels, seeks a Business Analyst & UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience. You will gather requirements, lead workshops, map user journeys and contribute to UI/UX design using Figma. Must understand accessibility WCAG 2.1 and Agile/Scrum processes.

Frontend knowledge in Angular/HTML5/CSS3 is a plus. Hybrid setup with flexible terms for full-time or freelance employment.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze and translate business and user needs into clear requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
• Conduct workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders, developers and other technical teams.
• Map user journeys, workflows and business processes to identify improvements and define effective solutions.
• Contribute to UI/UX design, including user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes, using Figma or equivalent tools.
• Ensure solutions are intuitive, consistent and aligned with usability and accessibility principles.
• Support development teams throughout implementation, testing and user acceptance.
• Produce creative and original graphical proposals.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with significant exposure to UI/UX design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, user stories and process modelling.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Hands-on experience with UI/UX methodologies, wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Knowledge of frontend development (Angular, PrimeNG, HTML5, CSS3) is a strong asset.
