Job summary

Cronos International is seeking a Training & Knowledge Specialist to support training, knowledge management, documentation, and communication within a large-scale IT services environment.

You will coordinate training, develop learning materials, manage knowledge assets, and promote continuous learning across a multicultural organization. Candidates should have strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills and be capable of working in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Knowledge Management, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Training Specialist, Knowledge Management, Documentation, or similar role.
• Experience developing training materials and delivering sessions or workshops.
• Strong written and verbal English and French communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training initiatives and develop learning materials.
• Create, maintain, and structure knowledge assets, guides, and reference materials.
• Manage documentation, content organization, and publication in knowledge repos.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to collect and document best practices.
• Ensure materials are clear, consistent, and usable for varied audiences.
• Support continuous improvement of knowledge management standards.
