Cronos Europa is seeking a Medior Technical Writer to strengthen the team in Brussels. The role is a hybrid, long-term mission-based engagement, offering responsibilities across creating and updating documentation for business and IT applications.

You will translate complex concepts, work with cross-functional teams, and produce guides, manuals, and release notes while ensuring quality and consistency. Proficiency in English and AI-assisted tooling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical writing and documentation management.
• Knowledge of software development environments and application lifecycles.
• Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence and SharePoint, Markdown, or similar.
• Understanding of business applications and IT systems.
• Experience using AI-assisted writing and documentation tools is a strong asset.
• Ability to structure and simplify complex technical information.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.

Responsabilities:

• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation for business and IT applications.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and user-friendly documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to gather information.

• Medior-level experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation role.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment based in Brussels.
• Available ASAP.
