Econocom Belgium is seeking an L1/L2 IT Support Engineer to join our Backup Team, providing first- and second-line support across Belgium and temporarily replacing consultants during absences. You will gain exposure to diverse technologies and environments.

This highly mobile role offers dedicated time between assignments for training, certifications, and skill development, with travel to customer sites across Belgium, mainly in Flanders.

Qualifications

• Experience in L1/L2 IT support, Service Desk, or Workplace Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Hardware support and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line and second-line support to end users.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure continuity of IT services by replacing consultants during absences.
• Quickly adapt to different customer environments, tools, and processes.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while representing Econocom.
• Travel regularly to customer locations across Belgium, mainly in Flanders.
• Document incidents, requests, and solutions according to IT processes and standards.
• Participate in workplace IT projects such as hardware refresh and Windows migrations.
