Stryker Belgium & Luxembourg is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of about 8 sales professionals within the Trauma portfolio. You will translate the commercial strategy into actionable plans, building relationships with customers and cross-functional partners to drive regional growth.

This role requires strong leadership, English plus Dutch or French, and the ability to travel within the region. A competitive package and company car are part of the offering.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of successful experience in sales and/or marketing with demonstrable examples of leading others.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; Dutch or French preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional sales team of ~8 professionals.
• Execute the regional commercial strategy to deliver growth.
• Deliver regional sales targets through territory management and customer engagement.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Develop and retain talent through coaching and performance management.
