Job summary

Stryker Belgium & Luxembourg is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Trauma business in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will manage a team of about 8 sales professionals, execute the regional commercial strategy, and drive sustainable growth through strong customer partnerships.

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will forecast sales, develop territory plans, mentor talent, and collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to maximize market share.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in sales/marketing with leadership experience.
• Experience coaching and talent development.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch or French also required.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Experience in territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• CRM experience and MS Office proficiency.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~8 Sales Professionals to deliver regional sales targets.
• Execute the regional commercial strategy and translate objectives into plans.
• Develop and manage territory plans, forecasts, and pipeline.
• Build strong customer relationships and partnerships with KOLs.
• Coach and develop talent, provide regular feedback.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Monitor market trends and opportunities to inform decisions.
• Drive regional sales and marketing initiatives to grow market share.
• Support change initiatives to improve how we work.
