UCB in Belgium is seeking a Squad Lead for the RUBY Transformation Office to drive end-to-end process transformations and quarterly value releases, guiding agile teams and coordinating with process, data, system, and product owners.

You will drive value realization in a regulated life sciences environment, manage risks, track progress and interdependencies, and promote cross‑functional collaboration in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification.
• 5–15 years of experience in transformation, digital, data, or process excellence.
• Experience in regulated environments, ideally life sciences.
• Proficient using agile methodologies in complex organisations.
• Strong leadership and ability to align diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead quarterly value releases across process, data, governance, and technology dimensions.
• Measure and validate value realisation with clear metrics and reporting.
• Coach squads in agile delivery and support capability building.
• Ensure alignment with process, data, system, and product owners.
• Coordinate data transformation and FAIR data governance activities.
• Track progress, risks, and interdependencies; report to program leadership.
• Support continuous improvement and agile adoption across teams.
