UCB is seeking a Squad Lead for its Transformation Office in Belgium. You will direct the end-to-end transformation of key processes within RUBY, a global digital program, delivering quarterly value releases across processes, data, governance, and technology.

You will coach teams in agile delivery, manage risks, and drive value realisation in a regulated life sciences context. The role is hybrid, with 40% office time in Belgium, reporting to the Transformation Office.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification.
• Five to fifteen years of experience in transformation, digital, data, or process excellence roles.
• Experience working in regulated environments, ideally within life sciences.
• Experience applying agile methodologies in complex organisational settings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams through change.
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical thinking and understanding of data transformation and governance.
• Knowledge of research, development, or technology environments is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead quarterly value releases across process, data, governance, and technology dimensions.
• Measure and validate value realisation using clear success metrics and reporting.
• Coach squads in agile delivery and support long-term capability building.
• Ensure alignment with process, data, system, and product owners for integrated transformation.
• Coordinate data transformation and FAIR data governance activities with stakeholders.
• Track progress, risks, and interdependencies and report to program leadership.
• Support continuous improvement and adoption of agile ways of working across teams.
