UCB is seeking a Squad Lead for its Transformation Office in Belgium. You will direct the end-to-end transformation of key processes within RUBY, a global digital program, delivering quarterly value releases across processes, data, governance, and technology.
You will coach teams in agile delivery, manage risks, and drive value realisation in a regulated life sciences context. The role is hybrid, with 40% office time in Belgium, reporting to the Transformation Office.

We are looking for a Squad Lead who is collaborative, structured, and impact-oriented to join our Transformation Office team, based in our UCB office in Belgium.
You will lead the transformation of key end-to-end processes within a new global digital business transformation program (named RUBY).
You will plan and deliver quarterly value releases, ensuring measurable progress across processes, data, governance, and technology.
You will guide teams in adopting agile ways of working, support capability building, and ensure alignment with process, data, system, and product owners.
You will also track progress, manage risks, and contribute to value realisation in a regulated environment.
You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with process owners, data owners, system owners, product owners, and colleagues across the whole Transformation Office.
You will also partner with cross-functional experts to ensure alignment, support agile delivery, and drive sustainable transformation across the organisation.
