UCB in Belgium is seeking a Squad Lead for the RUBY Transformation Office to drive end-to-end process transformations and quarterly value releases, guiding agile teams and coordinating with process, data, system, and product owners.
You will drive value realization in a regulated life sciences environment, manage risks, track progress and interdependencies, and promote cross‑functional collaboration in a hybrid work model.
We are looking for a Squad Lead who is collaborative, structured, and impact‑oriented to join our RUBY Transformation Office team, based in our UCB office in Belgium.
You will lead the transformation of key end‑to‑end processes within the RUBY global digital business transformation program.
You will plan and deliver quarterly value releases, ensuring measurable progress across processes, data, governance, and technology.
You will guide teams in adopting agile ways of working, support capability building, and ensure alignment with process, data, system, and product owners.
You will also track progress, manage risks, and contribute to value realisation in a regulated environment.
You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with process owners, data owners, system owners, product owners, and colleagues across the RUBY Transformation Office.
You will also partner with cross‑functional experts to ensure alignment, support agile delivery, and drive sustainable transformation across the organisation.
