UCB is seeking a Risks, Resilience & Operational Excellence Lead to strengthen performance, resilience and strategic alignment of the Patient Supply Quality Control organization. You will turn priorities into an actionable roadmap and build a sustainable performance culture.

This role requires 8+ years in a GxP-reg pharma setting, Lean/Six Sigma expertise and fluency in English and French. You will collaborate across functions at our Belgium/Swiss campus in a hybrid environment with 40% office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering, pharmacy, quality, operations or analytics.
• ≥8 years in a GxP-regulated pharma, manufacturing or laboratory environment.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical Quality Control and Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Experience applying Kaizen and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience in strategy deployment, performance management, risk management and business-continuity planning.
• Ability to leverage data to identify improvement opportunities and support evidence-based decisions.
• Strong data literacy and collaboration with digital, data and IT teams.
• Influential and inclusive communicator with strong project leadership skills and excellent English and French.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver the Patient Supply QC Operational Excellence roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and data-driven problem solving.
• Translate strategic priorities into objectives, roadmaps, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Manage performance frameworks, KPIs, governance reviews and improvement actions.
• Oversee the QC risk portfolio, mitigation plans and business-continuity readiness.
