• Proven experience leading field sales or commercial teams.
• Strong leadership and communication to motivate permanent and freelance staff.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing a large territory.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, coach, and support a team of freelance Field Sales Consultants across Luxembourg and surrounding areas.
• Ensure territory meets/exceeds sales targets through leadership and KPI tracking.
• Build a positive team culture based on collaboration and accountability.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance updates and action plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Partnerships for alignment and efficiency.
• Recruit and onboard new team members to support territory growth.
