BD Customer Services in Belgium is seeking a talented Tender & Contract officer to support the Benelux Tender & Pricing team. You will coordinate tenders, manage pricing-related tasks, and serve as a strategic partner to key stakeholders across BD business units.

The role requires a bachelor degree or equivalent, excellent communication in Dutch, English and French, and strong administrative capabilities. On-site work is emphasized with a mix of collaboration and process improvements across

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Creative with hands-on and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication in Dutch, English, and French (written and oral).
• Experience in the use of MS Office applications, good usage of Excel.

Responsabilités

• Tender Management: Coordinate tender dossiers in close collaboration with account managers across BD business units.
• Engage in strategic and commercial dialogues with stakeholders, providing reporting and sharing lessons learned.
• Collect and consolidate data from relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant tender submissions.
• Pricing & Contract Management: Manage offers and contracts with a strong understanding of customer structures in the Benelux region.
• Set up and activate new price agreements; monitor and follow up on existing ones.
• Create and maintain accurate price lists.
• Drive process standardization and optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve pricing workflows and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement structural fixes and process enhancements.
• Support the digitalization of tender & pricing management through innovative solutions and harmonized practices.
