BD in Belgium is seeking a talented Tender & Contract officer to join the Benelux Tender & Pricing team. You will coordinate tenders, manage pricing tasks, and partner with sales to ensure timely submissions and optimized pricing structures.

The role requires collaboration across functions, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. On-site presence is required, with 4 days in the office per week in Erembodegem.

Qualifications

About The Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Tender & Contract officer to join our Benelux Tender & Pricing team at Becton Dickinson. In this role,you will work closely with the sales organization to coordinate BD tenders and manage pricing-related tasks. You’ll be a strategic partner to our business stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely submissions, and contributing to the optimization of pricing structures and contract management. This is a dynamic and multifaceted role that requires precision, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Tender Management

• Coordinate tender dossiers in close collaboration with account managers across BD business units.
• Engage in strategic and commercial dialogues with stakeholders, providing reporting and sharing lessons learned.
• Collect and consolidate data from relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant tender submissions.

Pricing & Contract Management

• Manage offers and contracts with a strong understanding of customer structures in the Benelux region.
• Set up and activate new price agreements; monitor and follow up on existing ones.
• Create and maintain accurate price lists.
• Drive process standardization and optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve pricing workflows and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement structural fixes and process enhancements.
• Support the digitalization of tender & pricing management through innovative solutions and harmonized practices.

About You

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• Creative, with a hands‑on and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English, and French (written and oral).
• Experience in the use of MS Office applications, good usage of Excel.
