Select Human Resources NV is seeking a Temporary Logistics Administrative Officer to support the cross-dock process in an international logistics setting. You will handle administrative processing, documentation, invoicing, and data entry for shipments, ensuring accurate follow-up and timely updates to customers.

The ideal candidate has logistics education, strong administrative skills, and fluency in English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Competenze

Degree or training in Logistics.
Experience in freight forwarding is an advantage.
Excellent command of English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.
Available for a temporary interim contract and can start quickly.
Able to work independently and in a team; proactive problem solver.

Mansioni

Open and manage operational files in internal systems from start to finish.
Prepare and process transport-related documentation (customs, sea freight).
Handle invoicing accurately and on time.
Ensure timely data entry and follow-up of shipments throughout transport process.
Communicate proactively with customers and provide shipment updates.
