EngiFlex is seeking a Telephony System Engineer and Technical Lead to drive design and optimization of our telephony infrastructure. You will collaborate with infrastructure architects, system designers and security officers to define scalable, secure solutions and act as the technical reference for telephony initiatives.

In daily operations you will safeguard stability, assist with incident resolution and guide root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing telephony infrastructure and solutions.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and make key decisions.

Responsabilités

• Define and design telephony infrastructure with architects and engineers.
• Support evolution and modernization of telephony platform for scalability, resilience, and security.
• Serve as the technical reference point for telephony initiatives.
• Ensure day-to-day stability, performance and availability of telephony services.
• Assist incident resolution with root cause analysis guidance.
• Own problem management to prevent recurring incidents.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the telephony environment.
