EngiFlex BV is seeking a Telephony System Engineer and Technical Lead to design and operate telephony infrastructure, collaborating with infrastructure architects and security officers to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

You will ensure stability and performance of telephony services, guide incident resolution, and drive ongoing improvements in the telephony environment in a Belgian IT infrastructure setting.

Responsabilités

• Define and design telephony infrastructure solutions with infrastructure architects, system designers, system engineers and security officers.
• Support evolution and modernization of the telephony platform focusing on scalability, resilience and security.
• Act as the technical reference point for telephony-related initiatives and key technical decisions.
• Safeguard day-to-day stability, performance and availability of telephony services.
• Assist system engineers during incident resolution with troubleshooting and guiding root cause analysis.
• Take ownership of problem management to help prevent recurring incidents.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive evolutions within the telephony environment.
