HumanInTech in Brussels seeks an experienced telephony Solutions Lead to define and design telephony infrastructure. You will collaborate with infrastructure architects, system designers, and security officers to evolve the platform while ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.

You will also act as the technical reference for telephony projects, maintain day-to-day stability, support incident resolution, and drive continuous improvements across the telephony environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven IP telephony experience.
• At least 5 years as a solution designer and technical lead.
• Experience coordinating a development project team.

Responsabilités

• Define and design telephony infrastructure solutions with architects and engineers.
• Evolve and modernise the telephony platform for scalability and security.
• Act as the technical reference for telephony projects and decisions.
• Ensure stability, performance and continuity of telephony services daily.
• Support incident resolution and guide root-cause analysis.
• Own problem management and drive continuous improvements.
