Televic Conference seeks a Senior Hardware Development Engineer to own the complete hardware lifecycle from concept to production. You will design embedded platforms for next-generation communication systems, with up to 12-layer PCB work and high-speed interfaces, while ensuring EMC compliance and manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in hardware development for embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital and mixed-signal electronics.
• Experience with hardware validation, debugging and laboratory testing.
• Familiarity with communication interfaces and processor-based systems.
• Experience of EMC/EMI design principles.

Responsabilités

• Own the complete hardware development lifecycle from concept to production.
• Translate product requirements into reliable and innovative hardware solutions.
• Design and develop embedded hardware platforms for next-generation communication systems.
• Multi-layer PCB design (up to 12 layers).
• Component selection, processor platform decisions and high-speed interfaces.
• Drive hardware validation, testing and debugging to ensure performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with EMC, safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring products to market.
• Support transition from prototype to production, ensuring designs are manufacturable and testable.
• Share expertise and act as a trusted technical reference within the hardware team.
