Resolvo Engineering B.V. in Mechelen is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to become the internal product authority for sales teams and industrial clients across Europe.

An intensive 4–6 week training program will cover the product catalog, software applications, and real-world use cases from the ground up. You will handle complex inquiries, perform hands-on troubleshooting in the on-site lab, deliver demos and training, and travel about 30% of the time to support customers and participate

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, electronics, applied sciences, or a related discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking; additional European language is a plus.
• Based in or near Mechelen/Brussels or willing to relocate with relocation package provided.
• Curious, organized, and interested in growing into a senior product specialist or application engineer.

Aufgaben

• Handle complex customer inquiries and guide European clients and sales engineers through product selection, installation setups, and production line integration.
• Hands-on troubleshooting in the on-site lab using real hardware and software to diagnose root causes.
• Demo and training delivery; lead technical walkthroughs and train incoming sales reps on new hardware releases.
• Travel across Europe (~30%) for customer visits, trade shows, and product launch workshops.
