Job summary

KEYENCE Corporation is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Belgium to become a technical expert across a product line. You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, delivering expert guidance on product usage and troubleshooting via multiple channels.

The role includes creating training materials, delivering technical training to colleagues and clients, and contributing to new product launches through on-site sessions and go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
• Business proficiency in English is required.
• Driver's license is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–30% per year within Europe.
• Good problem solving and communication skills; programming experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support KEYENCE Sales Engineers with product specifications and troubleshooting via email, phone, face-to-face or video.
• Provide technical training for colleagues and clients.
• Create training materials for Sales Engineers and clients.
• Contribute to new product launches by preparing training content and conducting on-site sessions.
