Michael Page Belgium is assisting a global industrial technology group in finding a Service Manager to lead service operations in Belgium, foster long-term customer relationships and drive recurring revenue through maintenance, inspections and technical support.

The successful candidate will lead daily service activities, coordinate technicians, ensure safety and quality, and drive expansion of maintenance contracts across existing accounts within an international, hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering or similar technical field.
• 10+ years in maintenance, inspections, field service or technical service environments.
• Strong electrical and automation understanding.
• Fluent Dutch and French are essential.
• Good professional English skills.
• Hands-on leader with strong customer focus.
• Team player able to work in a structured international environment.
• Proactive, pragmatic and comfortable with change.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering or similar technical field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance, inspections, field service or technical service environments
• Strong electrical and automation understanding
• Comfortable working with digital technologies, sensors and connected equipment
• Experience coordinating technicians, subcontractors or service activities
• Fluent Dutch and French are essential
• Good professional English skills
• Hands-on leader with strong customer focus
• Team player able to work in a structured international environment
• Proactive, pragmatic and comfortable with change
