Job summary

Michael Page zoekt een Technical Service Manager om de serviceactiviteiten in België te leiden. U coördineert dagelijkse service-activiteiten, optimaliseert techniekerroosters en beheert externe partners, met focus op onderhoud en inspecties.

U beschikt over een bachelor/master in electromechanica of elektrische engineering, 10+ jaar relevante ervaring, kennis van elektrische/automatisering systemen, en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans; Engels is een plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering or similar technical field.
• 10+ jaar ervaring in onderhoud, inspecties of field service.
• Sterke kennis van elektrische systemen en automatisering.
• Vloeiend Nederlands en Frans; Engels welkom.
• Hands-on leider met klantgerichte instelling.

Responsibilities

• Leidt dagelijkse serviceactiviteiten in België.
• Plant en optimaliseer roosters en veldinterventies.
• Beheer externe aannemers en servicepartners.
• Voer technische inspecties en klantbezoeken uit.
• Identificeer verbeterpunten en stel service voorstellen op.
• Ontwikkel onderhouds- en servicecontracten bij bestaande klanten.
• Zorg voor hoge servicekwaliteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid.
• Ondersteun toekomstige groei van de serviceafdeling.

To support the growth of its aftermarket activities, the company is looking for a Service Manager to lead service operations in Belgium, develop long-term customer relationships and drive recurring service revenue through maintenance, inspections and technical support.

Technical Service Manager - Industrial Technology Leader

• Lead and coordinate daily service activities across Belgium
• Plan and optimize technician schedules and field interventions
• Manage external contractors and service partners
• Conduct technical inspections and customer visits
• Identify improvement opportunities and prepare service proposals
• Develop and expand maintenance and service contracts within existing accounts
• Ensure high service quality, safety and customer satisfaction
• Support the future growth of the service department and service offering

Profiel

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering or similar technical field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance, inspections, field service or technical service environments
• Strong electrical and automation understanding
• Comfortable working with digital technologies, sensors and connected equipment
• Experience coordinating technicians, subcontractors or service activities
• Fluent Dutch and French are essential
• Good professional English skills
• Hands-on leader with strong customer focus
• Team player able to work in a structured international environment
• Proactive, pragmatic and comfortable with change
