Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd in Belgium is partnering with a family-owned machine builder in West Flanders to recruit a Sales Manager who will own a product line and develop deep technical knowledge, becoming the trusted advisor for customers worldwide.

You'll split your time evenly between nurturing existing accounts and winning new business, while working closely with marketing and the product team on development and market strategy to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of technical experience.
• Sales experience is not required, but you should be social, communicative and comfortable talking to customers.
• Dutch and English required; French and German are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales for your product line across Belgium.
• Split time evenly between account management and new business.
• Work closely with marketing and the team on product and market development.
