Vivid Resourcing Ltd in Belgium is seeking a technically skilled sales professional to drive hybrid field activity across the Flemish market, translating customer needs into mechanical solutions and guiding the offer process from first inquiry to delivery.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions, build lasting accounts, and develop new ones, combining customer visits with home or office days.

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent in mechanical, electromechanical or industrial engineering.
• Drive to sell with a technical background in sales.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly and enjoy talking to customers.
• Fluent in Dutch or English; the other language is an asset.
• Willing to learn; curiosity and team spirit valued over years of experience.

• Understand customers' technical needs across Flanders and recommend the right mechanical solution.
• Prepare technical offers and quotes, and support customers from first request through to delivery.
• Partner with the engineering and product teams on tailored solutions.
