Job summary

Part of nGAGE Talent Limited seeks a commercially driven sales leader to expand our Belgian footprint. You will drive growth across Belgium and oversee a small local team, developing new business opportunities and managing long, technical sale cycles.

You will engage with industrial customers, engineers and senior decision-makers, demonstrating equipment and tailoring solutions while collaborating with international peers to accelerate market expansion.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within industrial machinery or capital equipment.
• A technical qualification or strong practical technical background is highly desirable.
• Experience selling to industrial customers, engineering teams and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships across Belgium.
• Selling technical capital equipment to industrial customers, contractors and senior decision-makers.
• Conducting customer visits, site assessments and practical equipment demonstrations.
• Identifying customer requirements and developing tailored technical solutions.
• Managing complex sales opportunities with longer sales cycles.
• Supporting the operational and commercial development of the Belgian branch.
• Working closely with international colleagues to support continued market growth.
