Job summary

24Flow is seeking an energetic Technical Presales Engineer to bridge Sales, Product, and Solution Engineering. You will design tailored demonstrations, address RFP/RFI responses, and guide customers through architecture and integration using our SaaS platform built on Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Presales, Sales Eng, Solutions Eng, or Technical Consulting role in B2B SaaS.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for CTOs and business executives.
• Bachelor’s degree as stated in the qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand architecture and use cases.
• Build and deliver customized product demonstrations showing ROI of our SaaS platform.
• Own technical and security responses for RFPs and RFIs.
• Advise on system architecture, data migration, and API/webhook integrations.
• Speak for the customer and translate feedback into product requests.
• Create technical sales collateral and training material for the sales team.
• Design and manage technical PoCs and pilot programs.
