24Flow is a dynamic startup helping make-to-order and engineer-to-order manufacturers reduce lead times using our shopfloor platform. We seek a Manufacturing Solutions Engineer to translate client needs into tailored solutions and guide projects from concept to completion.

You’ll work with a small, expert team, travel to customer sites as needed, and leverage strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver value in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

We are on the lookout for a motivated Manufacturing Solutions Engineer to enrich our vibrant team and propel our growth further.

Role Overview:

As a Manufacturing Solutions Engineer at 24Flow, you will dive deep into the functional and technical aspects of our client projects from initiation to completion. This role is less about coding and more about leveraging your solution and project management skills to deliver tailor‑made solutions that enhance our clients' manufacturing and operational processes using the 24Flow platform.

What You'll Do:

• Engage directly with clients to understand their operational challenges and co‑develop effective solutions.
• Take charge of projects, guiding them from concept through to implementation, ensuring solutions are both practical and innovative.
• Utilize the 24Flow platform to its fullest potential, configuring and adapting it to meet specific business needs with the support of our experienced team.

Who You Are:

• You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, IT, or a Bachelor’s in Electronics, with a fervent interest in manufacturing and logistics operations.
• Your background may include IT, but your passion lies in applying technology to solve real‑world business problems.
• An adept problem‑solver, your skills extend beyond technical know‑how to include stellar communication, assertiveness, and an analytical mindset.
• You are creative and have an unmatched eagerness to learn.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with French proficiency as a bonus.
