24Flow is a dynamic startup helping make-to-order and engineer-to-order manufacturers reduce lead times using our shopfloor platform. We seek a Manufacturing Solutions Engineer to translate client needs into tailored solutions and guide projects from concept to completion.

You’ll work with a small, expert team, travel to customer sites as needed, and leverage strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver value in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree as listed in the qualifications section.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilités

• Engage with clients to understand operational challenges and co‑develop effective solutions.
• Lead projects from concept to implementation, ensuring practical and innovative outcomes.
• Configure and tailor the 24Flow platform to meet client needs with support from the team.
