Vector Synergy seeks a Technical Assistant (NaaS) to support planning, coordination and monitoring of technical projects. You will coordinate activities across technical teams and stakeholders to ensure milestones and deadlines are tracked.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least five years of project coordination experience in a complex environment, with NATO Secret security clearance. On-site position in Belgium, with strong documentation duties.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

• A Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or another relevant field ;
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Support Officer, PMO Officer, Project Assistant, or in a similar role supporting the coordination and delivery of projects ;
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously within a complex organizational environment.

Duties/role

• Supporting the planning, coordination and monitoring of technical projects and activities, ensuring that milestones, deliverables and deadlines are appropriately tracked ;
• Coordinating project-related activities across technical teams, management and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment and timely follow-up ;
• Developing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, action trackers, risk and issue registers, status reports and meeting minutes.
