Vector Synergy seeks a qualified professional to provide administrative and governance support for projects in Belgium. You will support project boards, assurance teams, and quality review meetings, and assist in planning, scheduling, and reporting using approved portfolio and project control tools.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years in service management or 6+ years of equivalent experience; ITIL knowledge is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 2+ years post-related experience, or at least 6 years of progressive equivalent expertise.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Service Management within a medium-large organisation.
• Extensive experience in Service Transition Management across multiple industries.
• Desirable: experience in international environments including military and civilian elements.
• Desirable: knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organisations (ACO/ACT).
• Desirable: ITIL Certification.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Service Management within a medium-large organisation ;
