Vector Synergy in Brussels, Belgium seeks an experienced vehicle assets coordinator to manage NCIA vehicle assets, oversee inspections/maintenance, and keep documentation up to date. The role requires a valid driver’s license and literature on motor pool operations.

Ideally, you have 3+ years in vehicle/logistics roles and training in first aid, enabling you to advise on vehicle deployment and generate monthly transport reports.

Qualifications

• General secondary education completed.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in vehicle asset/logistics.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record for up to 8-passenger vehicles and vehicles with small trailers.

Responsabilités

• Manage NCIA vehicle assets, ensure inspections and maintenance are up to date, and that insurance papers are current.
• Advise the Principal Assistant (Supply & Transport) when a vehicle should be taken out of regular service.
• Maintain transport statistics for Agency vehicles (mileage, fuel, maintenance, costs) and produce monthly reports.
