Vector Synergy seeks a Technical Assistant (NaaS) to support planning, coordination and monitoring of technical projects. You will coordinate activities across technical teams and stakeholders to ensure milestones and deadlines are tracked.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least five years of project coordination experience in a complex environment, with NATO Secret security clearance. On-site position in Belgium, with strong documentation duties.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field as listed in the job requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience coordinating projects or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects within a complex environment.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, coordination and monitoring of technical projects and activities.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, management and stakeholders with effective communication.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules and risk registers.
