Idealis Consulting is seeking an Odoo Functional Architect to lead cross-functional projects and elevate the quality of business analysis across the Odoo team.

You will mentor a group of about 20 business analysts, ensure consistent functional architecture, and drive standardization and pre-sales demonstrations across engagements.

This permanent full-time role in Belgium offers opportunities to shape key client solutions and the growth of our Odoo practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to the position.
• At least 7 years of hands‑on experience with Odoo.
• Ability to understand and translate client needs through business process modeling.
• Ability to test and challenge existing solutions.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Self-development

• Steer complex projects, model business workflows, and establish the gold-standard functional architecture.
• Audit business analyses, validate proposed client solutions, and ensure impeccable technical documentation.
• Support the professional development of Business Analysts (both junior and senior) and contribute to Idealis Academy.
• Harmonize solutions across Odoo teams and lead demonstrations during pre-sales phases.

As an Odoo Functional Architect, you will work cross-functionally on our most complex projects. Your primary mission is to enhance the quality of business analysis services provided to our clients and to elevate the skills of the business analysts within the Odoo team. You will ensure that Idealis’s project management methodology is consistently applied across all missions.

You will be the go-to expert for projects requiring the functional and business expertise of a team of approximately 20 business analysts.

As an Odoo Functional Architect, you work cross-functionally on our most complex projects. Your mission is to guarantee the excellence of our business analysis services and ensure the consistency of the functional architecture. As a field expert, you lead strategic projects with full autonomy while ensuring the standardization of solutions across all teams.

Must have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to the position (Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
