The role involves working with a team of 20 developers, establishing technical architecture for key projects, conducting quality audits, and providing coaching. Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience with Odoo, a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, and be fluent in English and French. Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience with Odoo.
• Ability to test and challenge existing solutions.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Work on projects as Senior Developer for complex projects.
• Collaborate with Developers during critical phases of their projects.
• Establish the technical architecture of key projects.
• Ensure the quality of developments through audits.
• Share knowledge and feed the Idealis Academy.
• Coach juniors and those who lack experience.
