Sander Brussels is seeking a Team Manager in Brussels. Own your desk, coach a growing team, and drive business development by building client portfolios, cold calling, and nurturing long-term relationships. Lead the full recruitment cycle from first contact to signed contract while achieving billing targets.

You will mentor junior and medior consultants, contribute to hiring decisions, and participate in commercial strategy to grow the Brussels desk. Fluency in French and English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in recruitment, agency-side.
• Bilingual French & English (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree minimum.

Responsabilités
