Le Grand & Associates is launching its Brussels Diegem office and seeks a Junior Recruitment Consultant who will sell talent to companies and opportunities to talent. You’ll run your own pipeline, engage with clients, and close deals from day one in a fast-growing sales environment.

You’ll benefit from intensive onboarding, ongoing coaching, and a clear path to senior roles as you hit targets. A dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
• Target-oriented, commercially sharp, and energized by closing deals and hitting numbers.
• Fluent in French with strong professional command of English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.

We're looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant - but make no mistake, this is a sales role at its core. You'll be selling talent to companies and opportunities to talent, running your own pipeline, and closing deals from day one. Our intensive onboarding and tailored on-the-job coaching will give you everything you need to master the industry - and to sell.

What will you do?

• Hunt for talent: Proactively target and headhunt top candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, modern tools, and our existing network.
• Pitch & match: Conduct in-depth interviews to understand candidate motivations and sell the right opportunities to the right people.
• Build your own business: Develop and manage your own portfolio of corporate clients through active business development and consultative selling - this is where your commercial instinct really pays off.
• Close the deal: Own the full sales cycle, from first outreach to negotiation and final placement.

Who are you?

• Education: You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (in any field).
• Sales mindset: You're target-oriented, commercially sharp, and energized by closing deals and hitting numbers.
• Languages: Fluent in French with a strong professional command of English. Good knowledge of Dutch is a clear advantage.
• Profile: High energy, strong business acumen, and a real hunger to take ownership of your professional and financial growth.
