Cream is seeking a Business Manager to join our Belgian team. You will build and maintain client relationships, recruit talent and manage consultants' careers to deliver high value outcomes.

We look for a Master’s degree, fluency in French and English, and at least one year in business development within consulting. An entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity, and results‑driven attitude are essential to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop businesses: meet clients, detect needs, design offers, negotiate contracts and support client growth.
• Find, meet and assess candidates for consulting roles to recruit top talent.
• Manage long-term growth: mentor consultants, oversee training and career progression.
