Square Management in Brussels seeks a Business Manager to join a dynamic team and drive the company’s growth. You will focus on three core areas: business development, recruitment and consultant management, while sharing challenges and successes with peers to foster collective progress.

The role offers rapid evolution: after achieving objectives you will be promoted to Manager and train Junior Managers, with opportunities to enter new markets and partnerships across countries.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or related field.
• Interest in learning about different sectors and markets.
• Dutch or French mother tongue with strong English.
• Client-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to work Brussels and abroad.

Responsabilités

• Business development: prospecting, appointments, negotiations with managers and directors.
• Recruitment: end-to-end process for consultants from sourcing to placement.
• Management: support consultants’ onboarding, skills development and career growth.
