IMEC in Leuven, Belgium is seeking a Team Leader for the Deposition group to oversee a team of about 10, ensuring safe operations, trainings and staffing across shifts. You will work with tool suppliers and drive improvements in cycle time and quality, while managing the team budget and long-term process capability to support growth in the 300mm fab.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Science or Engineering.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Experience in deposition techniques (ALD, CVD, EPI or PVD).
• Excellent communication and ability to work in multi-cultural teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations of a deposition team of ~10 people.
• Ensure safety training and compliance; arrange staffing across shifts.
• Collaborate with tool suppliers and drive cycle-time and quality improvements.
• Manage budget and contribute to long-term process capability and capacity planning.
• Represent FAB Engineering management during weekend rotations.
