Qualifications

• Master in Science or Engineering with extensive semiconductor process experience.
• Proven people management experience is an asset.
• Fluent in English, able to lead in a multi-national environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and long-term strategic direction for the PVDPE team.
• Foster a safe, inclusive work environment and develop team members.
• Drive operational excellence by improving volume, cycle time, and quality KPIs.
• Represent the PVDPE team in cross-functional projects and stakeholder meetings.
