ING Belgium is offering an internship in Belgium/Brussels within the Talent & Learning team. The role focuses on learning design, AI upskilling and leadership development, working with HR and business stakeholders to create practical, impact-driven solutions.

You will gain hands-on experience in how learning, leadership and talent development support the business, with opportunities to contribute to real projects and be part of a collaborative ING network.

Responsabilités

• Support the design of learning initiatives, with a strong focus on AI upskilling and interpersonal skills in the context of AI.
• Contribute to leadership development and talent programmes.
• Support the organisation of learning events, communities and sharing sessions.
• Help create content such as toolkits or communication materials.
• Collect and analyse feedback and data to understand what works and how we can improve.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR and the business.
