ING Belgium is offering an internship in Belgium/Brussels within the Talent & Learning team. The role focuses on learning design, AI upskilling and leadership development, working with HR and business stakeholders to create practical, impact-driven solutions.

You will gain hands-on experience in how learning, leadership and talent development support the business, with opportunities to contribute to real projects and be part of a collaborative ING network.

Responsabilités

Help shape how we learn, grow and lead at ING

You’ll join the Talent & Learning team, the centre of expertise for learning, leadership development and talent at ING. We translate business needs into learning and talent solutions that are practical, relevant and create real impact. As an intern, you’ll be part of this journey.

In Practice, You Will

• support the design of learning initiatives, with a strong focus on AI upskilling and interpersonal skills in the context of AI
