ING Belgium NV/SA in Brussels is seeking a Talent & Learning intern to help shape how we learn, grow and lead. You’ll join the Talent & Learning team, supporting the design of learning initiatives and contributing to leadership development and talent programmes.

You’ll gain hands-on experience by organizing learning events, creating content, collecting feedback, and collaborating with HR and the business across ING. Flexible full- or part-time options are available.

Responsabilités

• Support design of learning initiatives with focus on AI upskilling and leadership development.
• Assist in organizing learning events, communities and sharing sessions.
• Help create toolkits and communication materials.
• Collect and analyse feedback to understand impact and improvements.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders across ING.
