FuturWork is seeking a Business Manager intern for Brussels, taking on real responsibilities from day one. You will identify client requests on partner platforms and match IT profiles using our internal AI tools, while managing consultant relationships and supporting business development across Belgian and French markets.

Qualifications

• Currently a Master’s student in business, engineering, or related field.
• Understanding IT market is a plus or willingness to learn quickly.
• Fluent in French and English; able to work in a bilingual environment.
• Proactive and takes initiative without detailed instructions.
• Curiosity about AI and its business applications, coding not required.

Responsabilités

• Identify and respond to client requests on partner platforms.
• Source and match IT profiles with client needs using internal AI tools.
• Manage consultant relationships: initial contact, qualification, mission follow-up.
• Contribute to business development across Belgian and French markets.
• Help improve processes with a product mindset.
